From my experience, everyone in a comment section for an MMO will say it sucks, or at least isn't that great. I honestly don't know what they keep expecting an MMO to be like if nothing satisfies them.

My advice is to watch some gameplay videos, and if it seems like something you'd like go ahead and try it. Reviews are only valuable if you share the same values as the reviewer, so unless you've found one that meshes with you already, you're the best source for what you'd like.

I thought it was nice. If you like WoW, I see this as equal to it albeit this is futuristic.

The UI is kind of terrible, and it really brings nothing new to the table. It is a bit buggy, and customer service is abysmal.

That being said, it is pretty decent game. The combat is fun, the races are pretty interesting. The questing gets a bit grindy, though, and shared quest rewards/xp kind of suck at times, but overall, I would say it is worth a chance.

Also the housing system is great.
