...because my story "Bears, Repeating" just got accepted for Sofawolf Press' Heat #12, which will be released in the spring, usually at Anthrocon.

That's two anthologies I'll be appearing in next year! And I've got a story underway for a third to be submitted by the end of this year, plus there are two that are taking submissions into the spring that are absolutely right up my alley (one's a noir anthology, the other is ROAR volume 6, on the topic of 'scoundrels'). And then there's the Rainfurrest charity anthology, for which I'll be extending my third-place story from the RF writing competition to submit.

That's six potential anthologies/magazines I could get into next year. I think I'm making some inroads with this whole writing thing...
