COMPUTER ISSUES. PLEASE HELP. IM DUMB.

Okay. So earlier today I was trying to download I free Photoshop (im cheap and dont feel lile spending money on it) but it didnt go through and I got a virus from it. I tried factory restoring mu computer but had to shut down my computer before it could finish. Now my computer says this:

windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be that cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "next".
3. Click "repair your computer".
if you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance .
I do not have the disc and I called the Microsoft office but they cant really help me until I am in front of a fully working computer, which i only have one computer.
if anyone ANYONE knows what I need to do. Please please please help me out. Maybe one of your friends might know and could help. Just please get a hold of me if you could. I would really appreciate it. I really need this old thing to last at least until I get enough money to buy me a new tower.

What kind of device did you use to post this message? If it's a laptop or something similar you can also use it to download windows iso files and put them on a usb stick thanks to some tools to replace the disc for the install step.
