Hooray, bandwagon! :B
Alright, so, because I've already seen a million of them, and I hardly participate in anything online lately, I thought I'd give this a whirl. Apparently, this is some sort of "truth or dare" thing (which I normally hate). Go ahead and ask me three questions. If you get to two, proceed directly to three. If you reach four, you've gone too far. Five is right out.
Well, okay, maybe I won't be that stringent.
In either case, I promise to answer these questions as truthfully as I possibly can (disclaimer: depending on the nature of the question, I may not be able to offer a perfectly honest answer). That's the "truth" half of the equation. To solve for "dare", repeat this on your own journal afterwards.
And now, to brace myself for impact. >.>

2. Where did you get the idea for your characters on the show?
3. What prompted you to come back to the show?
-Shiftfox
2.) Literally, every single one of my character on what I assume is the Funday Pawpet Show that you're talking about is an accident. Shak, my first character on the show, was a change happening with a visit to the show back in March of 2000, when my roommate-to-be at the time Prismo and I were visiting Orlando to look for an apartment to aim for later that year. He was invited to come to the show and I tagged along. At the time, I did a very accurate impersonation of the character Brak from Space Ghost: Coast to Coast/Cartoon Planet. On that episode, I just did a voice and no puppeting, but they asked if I wanted to come back. When I returned in May, they had found this shark puppet that we decided was perfect for the voice. Temp came about as an accident when I grabbed a ferret puppet at random for a skit and everyone else did the "John Malkovich" thing with sending their character through a door to be a ferret for the skit. I just came up with the excuse that the ferret I was using was a temp, and it stuck. BV was just me needing a female puppet for a few songs and playfully getting snippy at Rasvar for not following the admittedly straightforward written instructions I gave him for a song set.
3.) Honestly, I always intended to come back (I never considered myself having left the show entirely, just on unspecified hiatus). I bowed out for a while due to a combination of too many active puppeteers, desire to have my Sundays back for a while, and just burning out of ideas and humor for the show. I came back because I finally felt ready to take on the show again.
been drawing anything new lately?
like Monty Phython much? ;)
2.) Honestly, no. I've been trying to, but again the muse has been difficult to stir. I don't like this; it's been too long, and I don't want to have to give up art.
3.) I like them well enough. I don't obsessively quote it or anything, but I appreciate British humour.
"Answere me these questions three and uh... er?..." *whips out a Pineapple* "You'll get this lovely fruit!"
ahem..
1: What is your favorite Color!?
2: Does the Trueman Show still make you cry like it does me?
3: How os the "Deadly Lazer" bussiness?... I can't sale a one of anymore *sigh*
2.) Nah, it doesn't make my cry, but it still warms my heart. It remains one of my favorite movies ever.
3.) References to "deadly lazers", surprisingly, still come up with me from time to time. The joke is getting less frequent with me, but has managed to survive. Additionally, it still involves my gaming friends, too, just the ones here in Orlando now.
I can't watch Trueman without havin a brief cry.. an I always laugh.. I love the movie. :)
"This Will Likely End in Fire."
Thats just a neat cool title. :)
The Truman Show really was a well-done movie, but then again, you know my opinion of it already. As for the title of this entry, I really expected people to ask much worse questions of me. Sort of surprised and glad it hasn't been mostly like that.
An a Cyberpunk Game that was getting way too serious.
What is the average ground speed of a heavily burdened shark....
uhh... What is your all time most hated movie?
1. This one, really, is a multi-parter. I've got a few steps to my quest:
* Get back onto my artwork and regain that spark (you'll notice I haven't uploaded jack to this gallery; that's because I've uploaded all I've managed to do)
* Stabilize my life and my finances - I'm way too old to be floundering around anymore.
* Get the hell out of Dodge... and by "Dodge", I mean "Florida"; I'm tired of this state
2. That would depend on what the shark is burdened with. If the shark is burdened with anything from "nothing" to "several pounds of devoured brick-a-brack", you're looking at approximately 0 kph (perhaps up to 5 kph on a slope or something). If the shark is burdened with wheels and a decent internal combustion engine, maybe up to about 70-100 kph, depending. If the shark is burdened with some decent fin- (or possibly anger-) operated power armor, probably more like 40-50 kph, but best stay out of it's way.
3. There are three answers to this question, actually:
* Event Horizon
* Event Horizon
* Event Horizon
I rate movies on something that I refer to as The Drink Test (which has nothing to do with alcohol, actually... but sometimes I think it should). Every time I go to the theater to see a movie, I purchase a large Cherry Coke. The better a movie is, the more I pay attention to the screen and the less I drink my soda. The worse a movie is, the more I turn to my soda to distract me from the screen. The rating is the percentage of soda remaining once the credit to the movie roll. Event Horizon remains the biggest bomb to The Drink Test at a whopping -283% meaning, yes, I actually went and got three more sodas during the movie.
My bladder hated me.
2. Shark is burdened with two foolish humans who went swimming infront of him, with cuts on their fingers, the shark is also powered by alcohol and sharky rage, with a JTOL booster.
3. Event Horizon was a very sticky movie, didnt care for it too much.
1.) On a scale of 1-10, how hot do you find well endowed teenage minkboys?
2.) On a scale of 1-10, how hot do you find well endowed teenage mouseboys?
3.) Have you seen SNL Celebrity Jeopardy?
1.) Depends how well endowed. Up to eight inches, a 10. One less for every inch past eight. Beyond a foot, straight to 0.
2.) See above.
3.) Several times, actually. Watched the entire series in one sitting, thanks to the Internet.
