Just watched it today. I know it's old but I can say that it's better than most Bronies give it credit for. Yes it's not targeted towards them or me but I enjoyed it. It has the same charm that the other G3 movies have but doesn't have the quality of the Newborn Cuties shorts.
ill have to check that out sometime
