As much as I hate seeing these kind of journals, at least this one isn't linking to an artist with basic talent.

She has 3 slots open for headshots. Now this isn't the kind of thing you'd see from most artists on here, no this has a much more realistic feel to it, if that makes sense. She is also open for (eye)icons, which I am getting one from her.
