So, you may or may not know this, but I'm on both FurAffinity and InkBunny. Just recently, however, I used this tool to actually make the necessary transfer. So long as you know your passwords for both sites, you can use it to transfer your entries from FurAffinity account to your InkBunny account in a relatively short amount of time!
