Important Life Information Stuffs

So I haven't told anyone this. A few people know some of the story, but only my step-dad, the doctors, and myself know the full story. But I'm going to share it now, if no reason other than to make myself feel a little better.
Most people know my mom went to the hospital a few months ago to have cancer removed. It didn't really close up nice and clean like it should and was a thorn in the side (literally) for a while. We thought it was taken care of.
Not long ago, she developed a couple hernias because of the surgery. We knew she had to go back and get another surgery to deal with them. Friday, she went to the hospital. I called her Saturday morning, and she was so disoriented that she didn't even know she'd been operated on. Monday, on my way home from work, I called my step-dad to see what was going on. It turns out that on Sunday, she almost died. They managed to get things stabilized and taken care of without much effort, but it turns out I probably wouldn't have been told at all unless had actually happened. Talk about discouraging. And to make matters worse, we're not even sure she's going to be home for Thanksgiving. But hey, I'm thankful that they got things taken care of and she didn't die.
Anyway, that's the lowdown. Between that, work, and another issue that I seem to keep having, I'm just really exhausted and not exactly feeling my jollies. My apologies in advance for generally moodiness and depression.

Holy crap. O.O And I thought I was going through a crisis earlier today? You know what? I will never complain about first world problems again...okay, I probably will again, but that's beside the point. I'm just glad that she's going to be okay. *hugs you tight* I am so sorry to hear about your mom. ;w; I wouldn't wanna lose my mom either. We got watch out for our moms, that's for sure. Hopefully your mom will be around for a long time still. *hugs you again even tighter*

If you have ever seen the movie Babe, the narrator said everyone was speechless. I am speechless and wish there was something to say. I hope things look up.

I'm so sorry to hear that's going on, Shade. At least your mom didn't die, and that's a good thing.
