Subs take it up the butt
So I went to the bank today and explained the situation. I told them what charges I needed to dispute and how they happened. I signed some documents and was told that they'll have someone investigate my case. The investigation will take 10 business days and I was told my account should be credited by then. Here's hoping.
I *really* hope that this works for you! Bummer that you're out that cash for 10 days (plus what's already passed), but on the same token, at least the bank listened and is going to try to do something to fix it for you.
