I have this neat project I think I should be louder about called ArtWatcher.

What it does is provide an unified place where you can view art from multiple sites as well as post it using one single interface. It also gives you audio notifications whenever you get a new journal/artwork submission, stream and commission opening announcements (buggy still) and comments.
It also makes managing multiple accounts a breeze, you can add as many accounts per site as you want.
Sites currently supported are:
deviantART
DrawCrowd
Facebook
Flickr
Fur Affinity
Inkbunny
pixiv
Sofurry
tumblr
Twitter
