Man, I've been so out of it for this whole quarter. Just... so much shit to do with two writing based classes, a sculpture class (and sculpture is probably my weakest medium) and Beginning SCUBA (which has been kicking my ass). Hopefully next quarter will be more art focused, though I still have two General Education classes to do.
I've been procrastinating all day... I really should be writing an essay, which I finally sat down and started an hour ago, only to be distracted with this. So... I will take THREE free pencil pinup sketches. Just cause. There is a trick though... You have to choose a self-portrait by either Egon Schiele or Francis Bacon, since that's what I'm writing my essay on and I've been staring at their works for so long, and tell me something interesting about it (and not just, I like it or it has nice colors or something lame like that). Don't know who they are? Time to learn some art history! Use Wiki or something.

Technique is everything and his shading skills are 2nd to none.
I like what I've seen of his work. It's sad that he hated himself so much, though I would mostly blame the way he was treated at a young age. :[
