Magic plays a big role in Everyday life on Anithos, and none of the Anithian races are more skilled at it than the Furriers. From cooking a simple meal, to assisting in emergency rescue, Magic is used constantly thoughout the Furrier society. But there is one power that seems almost absent from the planet, even to the Furriers: Telepathy. Though in rare cases, it has been documented, it is a gift that one seems to almost randomly obtained, and usually only works on and for a select few. While all Furriers are born with some degree of magical talent, there have been no documented cases of any possessing the gift of Telepathy from birth. Recent studies have shown that, just as Myisma is produced from two strong wills clashing in battle, Telepathy seems to develope from the bonds between two souls growing stronger. It has been suggested that the point at which telepathy developes is when the two soul's fates become completely intertwined, so that what one does effects the other's destiny and vice-versa, but no one has been able to deny nor comfirm this.
