Christmas furmeet - 13th December

It's nearly Christmas! That means a Christmas themed Manchester furmeet on Saturday 13th December to round off the year!!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rule breaking will NEVER be tolerated. Bullying will NEVER be tolerated If you're caught by staff breaking any rules you will be asked to leave the venue.
Please remember that the fursuit lounge is for fursuiters and approved handlers only. And no, this doesn't mean if you're a fursuiter you can just sit around down there with your friends. It's a changing area. You're either getting changed, helping someone get changed or you're going upstairs.
NOTE ON THE FURSUIT LOUNGE
Every furmeet we ask the lounge to be cleared by 6pm and it's always still full of suitcases by 6:15pm. That unfortunately means we will be closing the fursuit lounge earlier than usual so the lounge is cleared and ready for further use by the venue.
The fursuit lounge closes (needs to be cleared) at 5:30pm
Any cases left in the fursuit lounge after 5:30 will be left upstairs in the public bar area *unattended*
Please remember to treat the venue with respect!

Anyway, onto the good stuff...
This months furmeet will be held at Tribecca bar in Manchester near Sackville gardens. If you are unsure where this is, newbies meet up at between 11am and 12pm at Manchester Piccadilly train station outside platforms 1 and 2. It always helps to have someone’s mobile number in case you get a bit lost or feel shy. Feel free to message any staff or volunteers to ask for a number to contact people on. There will be a member of staff waiting to welcome you at the station and are free to talk to any shy MancFurs who may be attending their first meet. Don’t worry! We've all been there! :)
We’ll make our way to Tribecca, our host venue, dead on 12 so don't get left behind. After you’ve arrived, the day is yours to spend as you see fit. Go out with a group of your friends to the city centre, stay inside the venue and take part in some activities, sit in the nearby gardens, head to the cinema and so forth.
Remember the fursuit walk LEAVES at 3pm so get changed and be outside before this time if you want to take part in the walk.

Feel free to bring any games you have like Pokemon or Magic. Don't be shy just ask to play! We have a few regular decks of cards kicking about too so ask and play away. I want to try and get a poker game going but depends on interest on the day too...
Fursuit walk
The fursuit will take place at 3pm so we recommend you change before this time and be ready to leave. It's raining we usually stay inside the venue though. If you want more information in regards to fursuit walk route feel free to message this account =D
This meet we will be trialing a suggestion/feedback box. Write your suggestions down on a piece of paper and pop them in the box. You can sign your name if you like or leave it anon. Warning though, if this form feedback is used to bully anyone it will be removed. (This is why we can't have nice things)
We're also going to be bringing the MancFur newsletter back to give you a mid montly update on commissions and other MancFurry things going on in your area. These newsletter will be posted on FA, linked to from Twitter and FB. Anyone who wants to be featured in the first MancFur newsletter for 2015 (for commissions, fursuit part sales, general sales, announcements so on) please message this account or contact a staff member =D

The Manchester furmeets are held on the second Saturday of every month. They are held in BarPop in Manchester (address below) and hosted by Geo Panda, Rixie, Alexx The Tiger, Fang Snowpaws and Cleo.
