I have CoD4. I was officially tired of WWII about 7 years ago.

I know what you mean. I only got this because my boss has it and i get to kill him online. Although they did a great job with this one but I will even say it here and in all caps so everyone knows I am serious.

I only have so much time to play online, and I'm sick of the WWII weaponry, and COD5 just copied CoD4's multiplayer. In a world without CoD4, CoD5 would have been pretty amazing - but we're not in that world.

Maybe I'll get it for the single player when it's on Steam for $10.

I need to hurry up, and figure out how to connect my xbox to live here on campus. Next chance I get I'm purchasing this very game, and it would be awesome to play against people from FA. >_O

I'll have Street Fighter IV by tomorrow. I'm Roxikat on XBL, and I really suck at the game. I'm really bad at it. So bad, in fact, that I barely get mad when everyone always beats me.

Is Seth really as lame as we all knew he'd be?

He's such bullshit. I'm comfortable saying that I'm decent at the game, and I spent 3 hours on easy trying to beat him. One time I got him down to 1/3 of his health and that's only cause I got an ultra move off on him. All his moves have higher priority than yours, they basically all have dragon punch priority, so he can basically attack with impunity and never fear getting hit. On top of that he can teleport with no cooldown, and do any move he likes out of that, including his equivalent of the super piledriver. He also starts teleporting like a maniac when he knocks you down, so you can't do a move as you're getting up, and if you try, you'll whiff it most of the time and then he'll cream you.

The problem with a boss like that is that you don't feel like you're getting any better or learning his patterns as you fight him, you just have to fight until you get lucky once.

Seth was designed like an SNK boss. He's like Orochi, Zero or O.Rugal. In fact a lot of the game has the smacks of SNK design in it, though I'm not sure they know how to implement the style properly. See C.Viper and Abel for this very example.

Getting SF4 tomorrow myself. Hopefully it'll show itself to be a worth addition to my fav fighters.

That sounds like pretty much any Dead or Alive boss...
Particularly DoA4's.

Actually the original M. Bison was a pretty decent boss. He wasn't insanely cheap, he was actually just well programmed.

DoA4's boss is nothing compared to Seth. You could at least start up a few combos in DoA4. With Seth on Medium or higher you've got to be pretty good at SF, i.e. know how to time frames and bait and use all of your tools (like the Focus Attacks) pretty damn well.

He's a cakewalk on Easiest, though.
