its gonna be a timed exlcusive like the new tomb raider is for the one, but this is getting stupid with the timed stuff. capcom and square arent doing the greatest so these have to be timed unless both are published by those console makers theselves

Street Fighter was a great game. Though it won't be enough to warrant my want for a PS4.

Sony's pissed at how much exclusivity Microsoft had in the last generation, so they're flipping the tables this generation. It's as simple as that.

At the end of the day, money is involved. The money offered by Sony was likely a large enough piece of the pie for Capcom to agree that they don't need the extra sales at this point in time.

This is the same reason for Activision/Bungie withholding a bunch of content from Xbox players in Destiny until next year. It's all BS.

I don't really care about the thing with Capcom much. I mean, if I'm not paying for it, it doesn't really matter that I'm not getting it, right? Besides, if I did want it, I would buy it for PC anyway. However, if a game is meant to be released on all platforms, then it should be released on those platforms at the same time. Furthermore, when that game is released, it should have the same amount of content on all platforms. If a customer is paying $60 for a product, and another customer is paying $60 for that same product, why is one of them receiving more than another? That's just plain wrong. Even if it is just a "timed exclusive" it's still a dick move.

Of course, this seems to be a growing trend. Every publisher/developer seems to be willing to screw over at least one group of customers in some way so that another company will write them out an extra fat check. It's all shady, imo.

Much as it would be said for some fans who don't quite have a PS4 I'm not quite as soar about this whole thing. Street Fighter wasn't as big of a cup of tea for me as KI and Mortal Kombat.

If SFV does some how end up on the XB1 I'll probably pick it up, but until then I'll be just as happy with MortalKombatX and KI.
