I thought those types of raffles were banned? maybe Im wrong but if so...

ah, well, a while back, it used to be people would make raffles and make the entry requirement advertising the raffle with a journal, and it got to the point where people were doing it so much, it was spamming up the site and ended up crashing the database, so FA made a rule that you are no longer allowed to make a raffle that has the entry requirement advertising the raffle with a journal (which is what is happening here). its why you dont get your journals filled up with 100 raffle advertisements a day XD i felt sorry for the people who watch loads of people
