Ive been having a shit ton of them latly, between freaking out for when a firedrill will happen at my school(state requirment for schools to have at least one a month, plus the fact I have autism and anxiety issues doesnt add well) and the recent problem ad MFF this sunday, is making my anxiety go through the roof! and worst part is I dont know how to handle it, i havent had anxiety attacks or really bad anxiety like this at all until latly. and for those of you who were at mff, my hopes will be out, thanks again and take care. It will always be worse if you're scared of these attacks. You have no real way of making them stop but you can stay calm enough around them and you can think logically about them and not let them control you. Dont always think that something might tigger them... life shouldn't be a minefield! Get everything done as well as you can and if you find yourself in an attack remember you're in charge of your life, breathe, consider the situation and talk to someone about it!

I my self have been going through anxiety attacks my self confirmed by a friend who has been diagnosed with them clinically so I feel your pain I feel this like extreme fear and then following that shakes and then shakes with fear.... I hate it I can't do anything... I am sorry for that ... I am happy this doesn't affect my ADD... Oh and no joke I show signs of skitzaphrenia or how ever you spell that...
