Snow Tubing Roster (Closed- Update Dec 9 2014)

Thank you everyone who has submitted your names for the event.
Please be sure to read this journal thoroughly. I will try not to make this too long.
1: I will post here the list of with the initials of all of those that are attending Snow Tubing Jan 1, 2015. The list will have your fursona with initials this way I know I have everything written appropriately.
2: Due to circumstances beyond my control, I personally can not attend the Snow Tubing event.
3: There will be Snow Tubing at Mountain High, Growlie will help facilitate this event. I have asked Growlie is he can be the representative for our 'Amateur Mascot' furry group.
4: I can not hold a New Years Eve party at my house. My father has become very ill and it is impossible for me to have a party at my house under his condition. Quick story.... My father lives in Los Angeles, but I have relocated him to my house. So now he is living with me as of Dec 6, 2014.
5: I have asked Growlie to see if it is possible to have everyone help out with renting a cabin in Mountain High. If this is not possible, then it should be ok for everyone to just meet up at the Snow Tubing event.
Please, do not try to have me reconsider my party, and please do not try to have me reconsider on attending the Snow Tubing event. I am very sad that I cannot see all of you this year. I would have really loved it. I will do everything I can to make sure that you are all able to get in free at Mountain High.
MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION: I always say make sure that you have $30 for admittance fees and food just in case. Just because this is supposed to be a free event does not mean that you should not bring any money. As always it is generally a good idea to have EMERGENCY MONEY should something bad happen. No drugs and no alcohol permitted at all.... You want to protect yourself from the high altitude and prevent dehydration or hypothermia. No cutting in line when Snow Tubing. The patrons have to pay, there fore do not expect to be given the exception where you can cut in front of the line. Remember, we don't want to ruin our welcome with belligerency. As far as medical marijuana, the facility can have you removed from the premises. If you smoke your weed, no one better find out about it. I despise it, but that is my personal thought on it.

I don't know what meet is happening on Saturday, but I can't attend there anyway.
As far as my events, normally when I say they are going to happen, it usually last for a good 3 days.
I allow people to stay for an entire weekend that way they don't have to worry about renting a room at a motel, they can just stay at my house. Or, sometimes people can't make it to a party on a Friday, but can come on a Saturday or a Sunday. So if the parties are lasting for 3 days and 3 nights, there is going to be a moment that eventually during that time frame they can come over. It does get pretty crowded and pretty hectic at times, but it is usually always fun.
I am a derp. I just looked at my calendar and new years eve is on Wednesday the 31st and Thursday is New
Years day! *sigh* I don't know what I was thinking, normally on every fourth Saturday which is this Saturday,
there would usually be a bowling meet. But it's canceled since it's Christmas break. That is what I got confused
with and should of asked you first with what was really going on, so anyway back with your event. That all sounds
awesome, so what will everyone be doing on new years eve and through the weekend?
What I have done was set up and arrangement for people to have fun Snow Tubing. What ever else anyone else does is on them.
Perhaps read my journal about the cabin and see what ideas are shared in there.
