New Year’s Bash Conduct Policy and Terms
New Year’s bash cannot permit violation of local, state, or national law. Severe and immediate action will be taken against anyone who brings illegal drugs or substances to the Event, engages in vandalism, or blatantly violates law in the manner that would seriously compromise our relationship with Sidney Days Inn & Conference Center or with the community. Weapons are not permitted in the public space provided.
New Year’s Bash does NOT permit mature subject matter to be displayed in areas where either minors, or adults who do not wish to see it, may be exposed to it. This includes explicit artwork, but also includes overly mature discussions and inappropriate sexual behaviors (public groping, obscene behavior or nudity).
New Year’s Bash is the mediator between attendees and the hotel (and/or the community). If you have a problem with someone involving event operations, event staff, or any other attendees of the event, you MUST address it to New Year’s Bash Staff; NOT to the hotel, and NOT to other local authorities. We will involve the hotel or OH authorities if it becomes necessary.
New Year’ bash reserves the right to revoke a member’s registration if the attendee breaks the acclaimed policy. During the event, your Event badge is New Year’s Bash property. If a staff member asks to see it, please hand it to them.
New Year’s Bash Permits alcohol in the event rooms. To be served alcohol you must show proper identifications, be over the age of 21 years, and be wearing a brightly colored wristband. ANYONE who is caught not following this conduct will be reported to the Ohio authorities and there by removed from the event and future events permanently.
New Year’s bash reserves the right to remove any attendee who has indulged in alcohol, who is not following conduct. This includes but is not limited to being unconscious, causing a seen, disturbing other members of the event, who is ill, and acting inappropriately in any way.
New Year’s bash and Sidney Days Inn Is NOT responsible for Injuries or damages.
