welp, im not the biggest computer whiz in the world but if i were you, i'd try restarting the laptop and see if that helps, and maybe run a scan on your computer with whatever antivirus software you have. if its lagging a lot it could be either the laptop is trying to do too much at once cuz of several programs running at once or if youre running low on hard drive space, that'd slow things down too. again i aint the biggest computer whiz around but hopefully something i said helps ^^;
