I was all like bouncy and happy this morning to see my bill for the room at MFF come off my card. Sadly that karmic kick in the nuts that I'm always due when things actually go right kicked in less that 12 hours later. Apparently my property manager that was handling the condo messed up on paying an invoice to a contractor and instead sent the money to me a couple months ago. I assumed it was the last bit of rent from the tenants. Regardless I've got to pull $470 out of my ass for that, so there's the karmic readjustment. Also, the tile repair they did that I'm getting charged for as part of this, already broke again. Fun stuff. Meh.
