Hey all <3
I officially got home Wednesday night but yesterday was kinda a blur of just sleeping, relaxing, and having our cats literally clinging to me all day.
Pretty badly jet lagged. I just want to sit here and stare at the tv forever xD;
So MFF.
Overall, it was okay. I say okay cause there were some bad parts and some good parts.
Obviously everyone has heard about what happened on Saturday night and that night will probably stick with me for a while. I had been asleep so I woke up to the terrifying voice that came on in the rooms only about there being an emergency in the hotel. I had no one in the room with me and no way to contact anyone cause they turned the wifi off. So I literally just grabbed a jacket and went to the staircase then outside. I had a tshirt, shorts, and a light jacket on. That was it. I got outside and just saw the lights and started to panic since I had no clue what was going on or where anyone was. Idk. I have a panic disorder and I was about to have a meltdown. Thankfully, right as I was about to breakdown, Papaya saw me and helped me calm down. I felt like such a baby but my panic just scares me. I went with Papaya to the Aloft where some people had a room and were nice enough to let us all stay to get warm. They left me wash off my feet since I hadn't had shoes on the whole time. Someone also gave me their shoes ;3; I really wish I could remember who it was that gave me the shoes.. He said they were just old work shoes but I still felt really bad to not get the info to give them back. Hopefully someday I can find them and repay them ; ; Ended up seeing Rhia, Ifus, and Xander in the lobby and went back to the main hotel with them.
Other than that, I had quite a lot of plans kinda fall through so I tended to be waiting for people only to not do anything. What can ya do though.
There was plenty of good though. I did get to see a lot of people I haven't seen in a long time and got to meet new people which is always fun <3 I went out and handed out candy canes in suit too! It was a good feeling cause I know it brightened some people's day. Also got most the American food I had missed xD
Suiting was also amazing. Its been a while since I've been able to and it was really nice to do again. If anyone sees any pictures of my suit, please let me know! I'll try to post some photos soon!
That's about all though! Typing this out from my phone but i'll try to get to my computer later and get to replying to people and maybe start some art things.
