Just had a random idea for a TF that might get your brain cogs whirring, and I've only seen it done once before: a summon TF! Summoner (Final Fantasy-style, or other 'verse) conjures a powerful beast-god, and this somehow leads to a TF... maybe they can't handle the summoning and the god ends up possessing them and changing their form, or they become the servant of their new god and are changed to suit... so many things. :D

Also, blue mages, because soooo much could be done with the idea of "copying" a monster/beast in order to use their powers...
