Anyone kno how to remove an Extension?

I've been having to delete it everytime I start up my browser. It just puts itself back in there. I scanned my comp with both anti malware and anti virus. It doesn't wanna go away. Suggestions? It's an extension called Buy N Save
I never had an extension that kept reappearing before , even after plainly deleting it.
AVG Free is NOT a trial and it will most likely detect it as adware and forcefully remove it
