Pre-registration, dealer tables & more coming your way Jan 1

On New Year's Day 2015 we'll be open for pre-registrations for Megaplex 2015: Cops & Robbers. We're also opening the con store for t-shirt sales and more.
Dealers, grab your table while they're available! Reservations open January 1 and will be available in the con store.
Artists and writers: We're taking con book submissions beginning January 1. The con book is a Megaplex tradition going way back to the beginning. It makes a great souvenir and it's free to all attendees. Help us make it shine by sharing your art and stories! This year we're taking submissions via the con store.
Advertisers: We'll be offering ad space in our con book through the con store beginning January 1. We are also open to ad trades. New this year, ads can also be displayed at the convention on the hallway kiosk.
A quick note about the con store: We were't happy with the store we were using last year so we're trying a new Drupal add-on this year. If you already have a megaplexcon.org account, you will simply need to log in (under the left nav menu) to place any order. This year the con store will allow you to upgrade your existing pre-registration to a sponsor level, in addition to the usual offers.
DJs and panel hosts: You will be able to submit your applications on January 1. This year we will be accepting DJ and event applications until the end of May, so if you are thinking about helping please keep this deadline in mind. Volunteer and staff members hosting a recurring panel or event will still need to submit an application.
We're recruiting for new staff members! Megaplex is growing faster than ever before, and we need all the help we can get to put on a great show for everybody. :)

If pre-registration is still open but it has been more than 60 days since payment, we can offer a partial refund, or you may choose instead to apply your payment to registration for the following year.
