well, when ever i have an idea, but stuck with a writers block, i just keep on typing. doesn't matter if i agree with it or not. (still it being relevant to the story) and eventually i get passed the block.
Maybe you should do the same, but just doodle away. If you need some pervy ideas I'm sure there are plenty of people who can help you out on that ><

I don't really have an art block, it's more like art-technique-block I'm forcing myself to learn something I don't know, and instead of working on important things like commissions, I'm sitting there getting mad when I can't get to learn what I want x.x

again, wouldn't practacing in between commissions be better? I honestly have no idea, again no drawing skils so ><
But if you just practice the technque over and over in between commissions, you get both done... ... ... probably easier said then done ^^
