How do I Apologize....

.... to someone who has blocked me?
A few weeks ago I had thought to apologize to someone who'd blocked me through a journal in the hopes of them unblocking me, only to learn that doing so wasn't allowed, because doing so was "calling them out". Although I don't see how it's calling them out when it's a provable fact and is written in the form of an apology, but I digress.
Look, if I EVER say ANYTHING that upsets you or anyone else, just TELL ME. I am sick and tired of being AFRAID to say anything opinionated for fear that I'll be blocked and not even have the chance to say I'm sorry. It makes me feel horrible and sick to my stomach to not even be able to say that, and not to even know the exact reason I was blocked in the first place.
Do you know how frustrating that is? To get blocked by someone and not even know why? Not be able to find out and apologize?
When I give my opinion, that is all it is, and opinion. If my opinion is found offensive in any way, just tell me. I will apologize and never make such a comment again on your/that persons art/writing.
*sigh* I don't know. I just keep thinking to myself "Way to go dumb ass, you just ruined what could have been a good acquaintance, or even future friend and instead have one more person who hates you.".
Please don't ask me who I'm wanting to apologize to. The one person who knows is the one who told me I couldn't write the apology journal. This is just a journal asking if there's a way I can apologize to someone who has blocked me, that doesn't go against site rules. If there isn't, then I'll just have to forget about it and hope they'll unblock me someday.
And please, no nasty comments.

But yeah, I don't know. I think there should be a way I could word such a journal that it'd be okay.
Just something that erks me whenever I forget they've blocked me and go to fave a pic of theirs, only to get that "You cannot fave someone who has blocked you" message.
