Are design collaborations a thing?

I feel that I'm stagnating because I'm always using the same head to come up with stuff so it always feels a bit samey to me. Is there a good way to inject some ideas from other people into the process?

Well, I think just talking to others, about it is honestly the best way, because while talking to others, one or the other can get a muse effect and inspire the other.

personally i love designing things with friends, its a good idea to find what to keep going with and what could be better done differently

Its what I do with Scaleworx. Heck, I'd like to work with another Blender artist just to gleen knowledge.
