I had a similar experience. I run a some what known gaming channel, as well as a few other more popular channels. Some person was full on impersonating me til I called them out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ty1w4jk3dXw After I made that video I found him on skype. He was using my art and name like on steam. I'd usually ignore that, but my fursona is obviously personal as it's supposed to be me so I wasn't going to ignore it. As it seems, he tried to add me years ago, so I accepted his invite and sent him a message. Something along the lines of "nice impersonation you got going on here." Scared the shit out of him. He changed his steam profile and every thing was fixed until a month or so later when I found some videos on a random youtube channel with the same guy claiming to be me joining other people playing games. Contacted that youtube user, he apologized as he didn't know, told me the person was always bragging about "his youtube channel," then removed the videos.
