Here's a free antivirus provided by microsoft (Don't worry, it's a free service provided by Microsoft for Windows users so the link is safe)

And here's a free tool from Norton (Again it's safe and free) that helps detect and clean your PC of deeply embedded stuff that a normal antivirus doesn't detect (Although a normal antivirus is also recommended as this is just for emergencies and such)

Try downloading the antivirus first and run a scan, then run a scan with Norton power eraser to make sure you wipe out anything that may be hiding. Hope this helps !

my pc could be getting old it's like over 5 years... but I don't know how I got it,
it was a bad virus as well, no a simple scan won't get rid if it
