Good luck buddy! Dieting is so hard to do x.x it takes a lot of will power. I have the same goal too, 160lbs. I plan on getting there by working out. But you have a stronger will than me xD so I'm sure you can do it!!

I would debate the stronger will, but the biggest problem I am going to have is self motivating. Thanks for the well wishes though, Good luck to you also.
