i owe an apology

especially to my commissioners
i've been in terrible emotional shape for the later half of this year and i am finally getting my act together. unfortunately, all of you have had to suffer because of that, and only now have i fully realized the scale of my error.
i feel terrible that i've had you all wait so long with no results thus far, some of you since this summer, and even a couple since before then.
i completely understand if you're fed up with me and how shitty my service has been and if you'd like a refund i'll try my best to get the money.
i have bitten off much, MUCH more than i could chew and now i have to pay the consequences; unfortunately my actions also have impacted others and for that i need to take further action and fix as much as i can.
if you have commissioned me and are waiting, let me know if there's any way that i can repay you, either literally/in refunds or even (small) art maybe. i know that it won't fully compensate but it's the best i can do at the moment.
i'm sorry that i've had you all wait this long. i'm sorry for all the excuses i've made. i'm sorry to those who were excited to commission me but ended up with some long dragged-out shitty service. i'm sorry to those who i've disappointed, i will do whatever i can in my power to make it up to you.

honestly representation has been a huge part of my identity (or rather, the lack of it) and i really wanna give back and present marginalized characters the way i wish i could've seen them when i was younger ;v; (that probably doesn't make much sense sorry ;;) but thank you!!
Just take your time to get back into the swing of things. If you rush you'll feel exhausted. You can do it :D
I'm sure people can wait a little bit for a drawing, it's new years day so maybe you should enjoy yourself? Don't overwork yourself is all that I will say
