Happy New Year 2015!

Welp the New Year is here. Goodbye 2014, you were an interesting year. I turned 30 as did several franchises I grew up with, (Transformers, TMNT just to name a few). In gaming we had ups and downs, the biggest down for me being Destiny being an over-hyped game that isn't a bad game but far-FAR from what Bungie promised us. I dunno if Activision with its EA-esque deadline and 'make mo' money for less' antics are to blame, Bungie for being unable to live up to their own hype, or a mix of both.
Least Dragon Age Inquisition washed the bad taste out of my mouth, and with Bloodborne on the horizon I'm happy as a clam and hell I'm even excited for Dark Souls 2: Sins of the First Scholar even though I already own the game. XD
I sadly missed out on Megacon 2014 which looked to be awesome with the guest list, but I'll survive. The hunt for better work still is ongoing but at least I have some means to get by.
Godzilla returned to the silver screen gloriously, and the Hobbit shuffled off in grand finale of its trilogy and the Disney-Marvel machine brought us Guardians of the Galaxy, and Big Hero 6. Transformers Age of Extinction I thoroughly enjoyed and felt it did a lot to clean slate the movie franchise, and while it's not the best TMNT movie, the new 2014 movie was a fun ride. (Just still pales to the original movies...save for three)
Well we'll see how 2015 turns out, catch you all there!
