My money is on the U.S.S. Ben Sisko's Motherfucking Pimp Hand.
Defiant. Better, more professional all-around crew, more maneuverable, an honest to god cloaking device, and able to pop in and out of FTL anywhere. The only way I can see the Normandy winning is if the tactical situation neutralizes its speed (defending a base or something), or the Normandy gets enough time to draw a bead with its motherfucking molten metal beam of Justice.
