Missing Cat Update!

As you all know, my cat Midnight is missing. And if you don't know, read this: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6379322/
Well, I have a bit of good news! We have not caught him yet, however, he is snooping around the house, so he's still in the neighborhood and safe at least! I saw him once by the corner of the house early on New Year's Eve, and then my friend saw him a few hours later by our garage. Both times he ran away as soon as humans approached him, so we think he's really scared atm.
I borrowed a live trap from my step-dad, and I put wet cat food in it tonight, so hopefully that will draw him in. HOPEFULLY, there should be something in the trap tomorrow (as the food can be smelled by humans from across the yard, so a cat should smell it even farther away). I hope that something is Midnight! *crosses fingers*
I also gave out flyers with his picture, description, and my contact info on it, to all of the neighbors, so hopefully that helps too! I have eyes and ears on almost every block for a three block radius.
I just hope I can get Midnight back before I leave for FC. I really don't want him still missing by then. *sighs*
