I wanna do commishes but my mum has no clue about using money on the internet and is quite wary of it. I have no knowledge either. I does seem complicated but I'm eager to do it.
I would love it if someone could talk me over how commissioning works from the very start. How u set yourself up so you are ready to do them.

After that you set your comission prices and ask people to pay via PayPal to whichever email address you specified.
They do so, you get the money in your PayPal account and that can then be transferred to your bank account.
