I think you'll have trouble finding a fursuit maker to do only a head, a lot of them focus on partial or even full suits. Many of them won't touch just the head unless its a specific auction for that. But I do think that Zurya Creations would do an awesome head and I know she just opened for one commission and Otter n Daughter does amazing work as well. Wish you luck at bringing Crystal to life!
