Doraemon has a ton of TF stuff. I remember one episode where Noby takes a potion that makes him turn into the first animal he sees and there was an episode where he becomes a werewolf too, I think.

Not only I used to watch Doraemon, but I watched the other "spinoffs" quite a lot. And yeah there was a fair share of TF given just how much episodes there were on all 3.

No, it isn't. There is another comic series named "Sazae-san" which is not so well-known but longer than Doraemon. This comic even win “The longest-running comic in the world”. *ps: it starts comic at 1946, Doraemon starts at 1969*

I saw the animal crackers episode and the moon beam episode. Someone also got turned into a cat in the 5th movie, and more in the 2007 remake. Actually there was a lot of TF in those two movies.

Yeah. In America, Disney XD airs the 2005 anime. It's pretty funny.
