SAI Saving Canvas FAILED, WHY?!

Hiyas All!
I was wondering if anyone knows about this problem, SAI will not save anything except PSD which I am grateful it does that atleast,
But now this is getting annoying,
I tried restarting the PC several times,
I uninstalled And reinstalled SAI several times,
I scanned PC and cleaned it up from junks and all,
And it's not working... WHY?!
