To My Watchers

I was watching an artist on DA who claimed to be professional, which is kinda what prompted this journal.
Let me give some background info.
This artist appeared to be really high maintenance and had a lot of self confidence in their work even though they weren't the best. The problem was they treat their watchers like crap. Like if you watched their work and didn't comment or anything they'd go out of their way to remove you. Like people don't always have something to say. I know I don't comment on everyone I watch but I do like to look at their work quietly. I know a lot of watchers are like me, silent lurkers.
Anyway I guess the point of this is, I just want to say how much I appreciate every single one of you watchers. I feel that just the fact that you like my work enough to watch me at all is good enough for me. I love you all even if you don't talk to me ever.
I never want to be ungrateful for my watchers, so thank you so so much for watching me. <3

On the flip side though, I get how frustrating it is for someone to follow you but never be interactive. I've complained in the past about having several hundred watchers, yet most of my submissions have under 100 views. That's not even getting into how people rarely comment on my journals and submissions. It's not that I think I should get a ton of attention; but what's the point of watching someone if you don't actually watch anything they do? If FA had a feature that allowed me to remove watchers, I'd be all over it. Then again I'm not really an artist, if I were I'd probably be a lot more grateful.
