Apologies and a surprise!

Oh my gosh, it's been a while!
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year! (Belated of course)
I sincerely have to apologize for my disappearance over the last month or so.
But I have a good reason, I promise!
You see, when we got home from our Thanksgiving vacation...
My husband and I discovered a very special surprise.
During the first week we were back home, I had been feeling terribly sick.
Very fatigued, nauseous and just not feeling well overall.
And one morning, it dawned on me. So I took a particular in home test.
Yep, you may have guessed it. I'm pregnant!
It's been a very exciting time, and since this will be our first child we were consumed with surprising our families for the Holidays.
Now that they are over, and I've got all my first doctor's appointments out of the way... I decided it would be a good time to update everyone :3
I plan to be more active again, and I'd like to reopen commissions soonish.
But I'll post about that when the time comes <3

Mine was less exciting, holidays are crazy at work. Was still good over all tho
