I do cheap refs $15-$20 or adopt/art trade ^^
some with waitress/ere yandara, some by hand.

 zhivagod has a free to use template reference sheet with some common species if you feel like going that route! She's also working on an updated one with many more features/species that she expected to be done before FC (which is in a week or so) so you might want to wait for that too!

I would do a 2 way ref with close up eyes and a chibi form for $10 :3
