In the case of violence, aggression, or harassment, DSS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service. In the case of service refusal or termination, the payment other than the non-refundable deposit will be returned. NOTE: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a service is terminated by DSS due to the inability to complete said service. Commissions are done on DSS’s time.
