3DS Friend codes (update)

Hey everyone, so after trying to move my data from one SD card to another I instead ended up losing all my saves and settings for the 3DS, meaning I now have none of your friend codes anymore.
And my own code has changed for some reason. :/
Sorry for this but could I bother you all to add me again?
I will do my best in looking up what your codes was.

That really sucks, what happened? Did it crap out during transfer or something? :/
I looked up all the guides I could find and tried formatting both card and device while keeping the data safe on a PC.
But that meant that everything, including my friend code got erased. :/
