I can understand a cull, helps keep down on the number of people popping up. I don't get the "you will not be re added later." part though. What's wrong with having people you only talk to on occasion?

Cause some poke only when I say I'm doing these culls, then when you try and chat with them, they just blank you, or say two or three things and then nothing again, for weeks on end.
