I joined a spa and gym/pool - it's real fancy-like~
And I love going. I reckon this is the key, and I want to
share it with anyone who feels like getting fit is their New
Year's resolution. It doesn't have to be expensive. You don't
have to jog for miles or swim lengths. Just find something that
feels more like an escape than a chore. The reason I can't
wait to go to my gym is because nobody is judgy, not one bit.
The staff and members alike are super kind and fun and sweet
and that's the sort of atmosphere I implore you to find when
you are looking for somewhere to change, because it just makes
the process easy. Trust me. I hate the gym. Or, I did. I can't
wait to go this afternoon!
The only problem now is calculating how much time I need to
get there. My brain is in a no-function state right now! D:
