Uuuuugh! So, even though my muse for art and creative things is flowing better again, I now am faced with a new road block in the form of my current (still "new", even) tablet being incompatible with my new laptop due the fact it's running on Windows 8. :/ In order to do ANY drawing with my tablet, I have to pull out my old, busted up laptop and fight with it there and it's really just an extra hassle that is super off-putting when all I want to do is just sit down, plug in my tablet and start to draw. With my current tablet and this new laptop, if the tablet is plugged in, my keyboard will no longer work. This wouldn't be an issue except for that fact I don't JUST draw when it's art-time, I'm usually IMing people or on FB and things at the same time, so I can't have my keyboard being useless while I'm arting. ><
Is there anyone out there who may have a solution to this issue? Or could perhaps recommend me a new tablet (one that's not gonna cost me an arm and a leg, but is decent) to try out? Overall, I'm okay with using Windows 8, but this one specific issue is seriously driving me nuts. Any help is appreciated... <3
