I deserve to be more confident! I work so hard to please the world now something is gotta change! Where is my pat on the back and love sometimes? I give so much to everyone and am too shy to ask for anything in return!
No more of that!!

Stop letting people walk on me. Not some dude on the internet and not my own family. No more. Fuck that.

Taking better care of myself. Wash and brush my hair more than once a week, take care of my body, stop eating the things I'm allergic to. Maybe change out of my pjs sometime

Try and see about getting disability. I am afraid I will never get over my horrible fear of work and being around people. It is ingrained so hard to be afraid I think I need to give it a try

Get a fucking house. Because fuck this one.
