I can buy the games on e-shop from canada, that's great because I pay for the real price.
But for consoles, I will have to import and pay a fortune I think, the taxes are 70% of the value of the product(more delivery value) and an inconvenient tax that is calculated using the value of the game + taxes, so it's high..haha

I really don't know what will happen with the consoles and games demand from now on, but I will never blame Nintendo for that, our taxes are insane.. =(

I would suggest having someone buy it for you (give them money via paypal or something), and then send it to you as a private package with no value declaration.
That way they won't have anything numbers to base their taxes on, and they cannot open the package and make up numbers because they have no idea whether or not you are buying the product or simply borrowing it from family/friends for testing/repair.

unfortunately it was our government fault, because there are high taxes in games here, it's almost a antigamer country. A game here costs around $80..
I don't know if will import it, if I can pay $80 or more for a game. LUCKLY I have a account on canadian e-shop so I can pay the right prices on games, but now I don't know the future of their consoles here..

Acho que o problema não é o custo do jogo, não é tão incomum achar jogo de lançamento que custa próximo do preço nos EUA convertido pra real, problema é o preço do hardware que costuma sair por mais que o dobro da conversão do preço estrangeiro pra real

também tem essa, mas mesmo assim, quando o dolar estava mais barato, tinha jogo custando 200 reais, custando bem acima da conversão. Essas lojas grandes tentarem vender WiiU por 1,8k e play4 por 4k é uma vergonha.. u.u
Ainda bem que tem lojas menores que vendem por 1,3k e 1,9k respectivamente.

Sim, mas ainda dá tempo de comprar em lojas pequenas, onde esses consoles são mais baratos, Jpinfogames por exemplo. Eu fiz uma conta da e-shop no Canadá, assim compro eles num preço justo, em dolares canadenses

Pra mim nem vai fazer diferença.
Nunca tivemos suporte decente e desde os tempos do N64 os jogos já eram caros, sempre na faixa de 120,00~150,00, mesmo com aquela parceria (se é que eu posso falar assim) com a Gradiente.
Se eu não me engano último jogo de N64 que comprei (quer dizer, ganhei :P) custou 190,00. Um absurdo.
Sempre sentia falta de um suporte técnico com assistências autorizadas. Por sorte nunca tive problemas com meus consoles, mas se um deles desse problema eu estaria f*****.
Agora que a Nintendo saiu do país de vez, já era, Se der problema... ou fica sem ou compra outro novo DX.
Apezar de que eu li que isso é temporário.
Vamos aguardar os próximos capítulos.

Ah sim, e no Brasil os videgames possuem mais cargas tributáris do que armas de fogo X_X

Pelo menos nunca tive problema com os produtos da Nintendo quebrarem, meu DS light já caiu tanto no chão, mas nunca deu problema ahah!
