If you do you should make sure the person offering a trade is reliable, both of the artists should show a sketch wip so that nobody gets ripped off. Also if this happens I'm not sure if you would consider my art up to par with yours but I would be interested in trading.

I'm pretty fast with trades, myself. Not that I mind showing a sketch WIP but I usually get the entire picture done in one go. :)

Trades can be fun, assuming everybody does their part. I've had mixed results with that.

I like doing my half of the trade first because I hate being the one holding the bag. Though admittedly I once let someone down by not giving them a reference for their part of the trade with me. :P After I kept forgetting for a while, I didn't want to bug them for their half so I just let it go as a gift.

Yeah, same here. I don't like to leave people hanging. I've had to learn not to post my half until the other person's got at least some of theirs done, though, for people I haven't worked with before.

It's weird to feel like the 'bad' trading partner for getting stuff done too fast. :P Still, I don't like to let anyone down. Trades are supposed to be fun ^.^

Sudhir is the son of a billionaire Sikh financier and a mercenary fighter pilot. He doesn't fly like his mom, but he's smart, well mannered, fairly charming, and thinks he's pretty suave with the ladies. Feel free to interpret that however you like. I love seeing what folks come up with.

Hmm... I have this character I've never gotten drawn before: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15256352/ He's a Barbary Lion/Rabbit hybrid. I don't have a lot worked out about his universe except that it's 30s-40s-ish and it's extremely uncommon for carnivores and herbivores to hook up so hybrids are rare. He's a bit fastidious clothing wise (think old fashioned suits/vests if you want to draw him with clothing). Would that be okay with you?

That is super fun, and I love 30's-40's styles! Not a problem for me. =D I actually have a folder full of ref material for that period.

Pinterest and Tumblr are really good places to dig up photos of period clothes and hairstyles, and I have a friend who majored in theatrical costume design and got a masters in history of costume whom I ply for references when I'm hunting something specific. =D She does my research for me when I'm stumped.
